The company T-rank AS is based in Oslo Norway.

T-rank AS was established in 2006, as a spin-off from Telenor Research & Innovation, with the aim of exploiting network analysis. T-rank knowhow is based on knowledge generated over decades of solid research and has resulted in 10+ patents, and knowledge documented in 100+ published papers and conference contributions. The research arm is headed by two PhDs in computer science/mathematics (Kenth Engø-Monsen) and physics (Geoffrey S. Canright), with an extraordinary capacity in understanding applied problems and finding efficient, network-based algorithms and solutions.

T-rank is a fast growing and profitable company, classified as a Gazelle company by the leading Norwegian business newspaper Dagens Næringsliv every year since 2018.
