UC has entered a partnership with T-rank, a leading global provider of ownership analytics, to bring calculated beneficial owners and ownership structure visualisation to Swedish AML-regulated customers. By combining UC’s proprietary cross-Nordic ownership and company data with T-rank’s software, the partnership helps customers meet AMLR UBO verification requirements, reduce manual work, and shorten onboarding and CDD. It does this by calculating integrated ownership and voting power and presenting complex structures in clear visualisations, the new services strengthen UBO verification and speed up due diligence when ownership gets complicated.
